The best part of Prince's solo is around 5:20. Some really good ideas executed terrifically. Also, earlier when he's doing all those extreme bends, his control is masterful. That's harder to do than it looks.
I also dug that the other guitar player basically played George's solo from the record. They both have wonderful tones, too.
When seeing these performances, I still can't get over how much George's son looks like he did at that age.
