1. The Governor is correct

It is much more than just the merchandise stolen. When we lose the sense of security in what is normally a reasonably safe place such as a store, a church, a school or alike we all lose.

I hope that these sniveling little excuses for human beings are ground up by the system and that the promoters and beneficiaries of their work are found then likewise dealt with extremely harshly.
