I am glad they had this done for their safety and for YOUR piece of mind!
I would not feel safe living in this house if it didn't have the accessible bathroom.
This house is on one level as well, no stairs.
That was the first thing we noticed when we found the house for sale, no stairs.
Better safe than sorry regardless of price!
I hope they are enjoying their new home!
