Repressed memories flood back [View all]

I gotta say, I'm having one of the most hardest nights tonight. I had a really bad memory of someone I hurt years ago just flood back into my brain over something I saw that triggered it easily. Not sure what the proper term for it is. But god the minute I saw it, my panic and anxiety skyrocketed to new levels I haven't had in a long time. So hard that my endorphins rushed to where I felt sick and lightheaded.
