Also here from almost the beginning.

Also experiencing chaos in personal life.

Also don't want to get out of bed in the morning.

Also don't have that choice.

And that's with SSRIs.

No solution here. Spouse tells me to exercise, take up a hobby. Therapist tells me to meditate and do yoga (that's after 3 years of CBT).

So, no answers. We just have to barrel on through. Take joy where you can - I probably should find a way to do that on my own, but I love to follow the adventures of my adult children. I volunteer at a homeless shelter (and, yes, that does help put things in some perspective). One step in front of the other. Sounds a little trite, I suppose, but it does seem to work much of the time.
