6. White Bean Falafel Wraps

Wednesday

Made oven baked white bean falafel croquettes which I pressed onto lavash bread slathered with balsamic-walnut dressing and added sliced tomato, sliced red onion, pickled beets and whole romaine leaves. I drizzled on a good dose of tahini and then carefully folded everything into a wrap. Cheers!🥂
