Brown rice with carrots, peas, edamame, and topped with spicy Szechuan sauce with added orange.
I love this stuff because it gives me two big work lunches out of one bag (or in this case, a dinner and a lunch).
Topper is a handful of TJ’s dark chocolate orange sticks (the orange is like firm jelly inside the chocolate).
Can you tell where I did my shopping on the way home from work today?
