3. I'm on my second sleep machine

Monday

so I have been using one for 6 or 7 years. I have an under the nose nasal pillow mask and it is totally comfortable and un constricting. I love it and miss it when I can't use my mask.

As for my pillow, I have a down pillow and adjust it to my greatest comfort.

I wish you many nights of wonderful sleep and refreshed mornings.
