A true salary cap and real revenue sharing would make the league a lot more competitive. Rob Manfred can dick around all he likes with rule changes and game speed, but it won't increase competition or generate excitement.

No intent to dump on your post Ohiogal. But you and I both know the challenges small market teams like Cleveland and Cincinnati go through to field winning teams.
