I was thinking there were four, but then didn't really believe my memory.

Once, in an English lit class at NOVA, we read some poem which contained the line: The glebe cow mooed. It got me to look up the word glebe. A piece of land serving as part of a clergyman's benefice and providing income.

And now everyone, or almost everyone who reads this post will have learned something new.
