... I talked to a Native friend about this last year. He’s an artist and does Native American art and music. He loves the Chiefs. I asked if it was offensive- should we go the route of the Redskins?

He (one dudes opinion here) said no. He always felt the team took care to honor the history of the area and the tribes. Only thing he didn’t like was the tomahawk chop. Thought it was a step too far.
