3. They went HEAVY on the road treatment here in my area of NoVa

Went to the grocery store a few hours ago (along with everyone else in the county) and was surprised and impressed to see such a thorough job. Even a thick layer of blue stone- looking gravel chips has been liberally applied on my road.

So, as a native NoVa-er, experience tells me that can only mean we’ll end up getting about a half inch lol.

They seem to be taking this one very seriously. The heavy road prep made me nervous enough to fill up some extra water jugs just in case the power goes out for an extended period.

Be careful out there, folks!
